Amazon Kindle 2 would not come out this year

Amazon has disappointed potential customers by revealing that they are not going to launch a new version of their Kindle eBook reader this year.

The company had announced this new edition a couple of days back.

Amazon said that the new edition is likely to be launched early next year. This means that the company would lose sales from the upcoming Holiday season.

There were also some reports that the company was working on a student’s edition of the Kindle eBook reader.
