China Mobile closing in on an Apple iPhone deal
Chinese state media has reported that Apple is nearing a deal with China Mobile to bring the Apple iPhone 3G to China.
This is somewhat ironical because Apple iPhone 3G is manufactured in China itself and it is already popular in the grey market.
News media source 21 Century Business Herald reported that the talks are expected to be finalized soon.
China Mobile has for now refused to comment on this news report.
In other news, Russia is now on the list of countries which would soon get Apple iPhone 3G.
