Samsung Electronics might be considering plans to acquire SanDisk
Market sources claim that South Korean tech giant Samsung is considering plans to acquire SanDisk.
Both the companies have refused to confirm any ongoing talks for the time being.
Samsung spokesman James Chung did say: “We are considering various opportunities regarding SanDisk but nothing has been decided.”
SanDisk had this to say: “SanDisk periodically has conversations with multiple parties, including Samsung, regarding a variety of potential business opportunities. We evaluate all of these opportunities, but maintain a policy of not commenting on market rumors or speculation.”
