This is an incredible growth of 56 percent compared to last year.
Mercedes-Benz India Managing Director and CEO Wilfried Aulbur spoke about this improved performance: “Our impressive performance this year continues – we are delighted to cross the 3,000 sales figure mark for the first time and have already set our sights on many more.”
Mercedes S-Class itself has seen sales of 524 units in the country. It is one of the most expensive cars available in India.
The C-Class continues to remain the best seller for the company though a lot of customers still go for the E-Class.
