Linus Torvalds starts blogging

Linus Torvalds has finally joined the blogosphere. He has started a ‘trial’ blog which is not going to be directly related to his involvement in Linux.

The blog is named Linus’ blog and it is more of a personal thing.

Torvalds said that he sees this blog as an experimental outlet for personal thoughts and family expressions.

Linus Torvalds is the man behind the open source Linux operating system. He started it as a pet project to make an free open alternative to Unix.

Linux has now become one of the most popular open source operating systems in the world and a major alternative to Windows OS for most users.

It is also one of the most popular server platforms which power millions of websites out there.
