Comcast now offering 22 Mbps and 50 Mbps broadband plans
US based internet service provider Comcast has announced the launch of two super fast internet plans.
These plans are available in speeds of 22mbps and 50mbps.
The company already has slower plans in speeds of 768 Kbps, 4 Mbps, 6 Mbps, 8 Mbps and 16 Mbps.
Comcast are calling these plans Wideband. Incidentally, these are not fast enough to match the speeds offered in other nations like for example South Korea.
Incidentally, these plans are likely to face the same bandwidth restrictions that Comcast has applied on all of their unlimited plans. The limit is set at 250 GB/month.
Costs of these new plans:
22 mbps: $62.95 a month
50 mbps: $149.95 per month
