Samsung Blu-Ray players to get Netflix and Pandora functionality
Samsung is collaborating with Netflix and Pandora to boost the services available on their Blu-Ray players.
The company said that they are now offering a free update for their BD-P2550 player which would get support for these two new services.
A future software update would also add support for DTS-HD audio.
The Netflix functionality would enable the user to watch on-demand movies from the service. The user would of course require to subscribe to the relevant package on Netflix.
Pandora is ad supported and is available for free.
