My daughter was actually intimidated by a HP employee when she reported her third degree burn from the Laptop which is currently being recalled (the battery). she had to have skin grafting and went through a horrendous surgery, and many medical bills remain unpaid. She could not work in a hospital setting, so she lost her job, she went into a deep depressions, and has not totally pulled out of it yet. She has Lupus, which complicates the injury even more.
