Staples to offer recycling program for Dell computers

Staples and Dell are collaborating to offer free recycling for Dell computers, printers and other products.

Dell product users would now be able to drop their old Dell hardware at any of the Staples’ 1,500 U.S. stores for recycling.

They would not be required to make any purchase to participate in this program.

Staples is already offering Dell products in their stores in the US market.

The two companies said that Staples would deliver the collected equipments to Eco International.

Eco International claims that they do not export waste to other countries or send hazardous chemicals to landfills.

Staples and Dell did not reveal the financial aspects of this deal.
