Domino’s Pizza now available through TiVo
TiVo has collaborated with Domino’s Pizza to launch a new service.
TiVo service users can now place order for Pizzas using their television set.
They would also get the facility to track their orders to check out when the order would be delivered.
This deal is similar to how TiVo users can now place order on Fandango for movie tickets and Amazon for other products.
Rob Weisberg, Domino’s vice president of marketing said in a statement: “This is the first time in history that the ‘on-demand’ generation will be able to fully experience couch commerce by ordering pizza directly through their television set. You’ll see a television ad for Domino’s, and you’ll click, ‘I want it’ through your remote. In about 30 minutes, your pizza will show up at your door.”
Payments would have to be made on delivery.
