Jerry Yang to step down as CEO of Yahoo
Jerry Yang seems to have given up. He has announced that as soon as a replacement CEO is found, he would step down from his position in the company.
He is one of the founders of Yahoo who took on the CEO position just around 17 months ago.
Yahoo investors were not really impressed with the work done by Yang.
He refused to accept the offer made by Microsoft for an acquisition deal. Looking at it now, that deal was pretty good for the company.
Yang would resume his Chief Yahoo position once the company finds its new CEO.
