Blackberry Storm sees Apple iPhone like queues
It might just be PR from the company but the launch of Blackberry Storm is seeing queues outside Verizon Wireless stores in the US market.
Usually, such queues are noticed at launches of Apple products like the iPods and iPhones.
Reports online claim that around 200 people waited outside a Verizon store in mid-town Manhattan early in the morning to get their chance to buy one of the Storms from Blackberry maker Research in Motion.
The store apparently ran out of units pretty soon and most of them had to leave without getting their own.
Verizon said that interested customers can place their order online and they would get their units within a week or so.
