Suzuki Hayabusa launched in India
Suzuki Hayabusa is the latest super bike to be launched in the Indian market.
Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the 1300 cc Hayabusa along with another model 1800 cc cruiser Intruder M1800R.
Both of these models are priced at around Rs 12.5 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) each.
Suzuki is aiming to sell around a bike a day to reach a target of around 350 units a year.
SMIPL vice-president Atul Gupta spoke about their plans for the Indian market: “We have already imported 30 bikes that will take care of a 20 day stock inventory at the dealerships. We will be evaluating the response and going for more imports as the demand picks up.”

They are not alone with such high profile products here in India. Yamaha has already launched their 1,000 cc YZF-R1 super bike and the 1,670 cc MT-01 in India.
Triumph is another bike manufacturer which has its products on sale in India. They have on offer: Monster, Multistrada and 1098 super bikes.
