Space shuttle Endeavour comes back safe and sound
Space shuttle Endeavour has arrived back on the planet earth after completing a 16-day mission.
It landed at 4:25 pm. EST after completing its job which included delivering a lot of stuff to the International Space Station.
Mission Control spoke at the touchdown: “Welcome back. That was a great way to finish a fantastic flight”
Shuttle commander Christopher Ferguson responded: “And we’re happy to be here in California”.
Gregory Chamitoff was one of the astronauts on the flight who comes back to planet earth from a six-month mission.
