Jonathan Miller interested in Yahoo?
Wall Street Journal has reported that AOL’s former chief executive Jonathan Miller is working on arranging finances to acquire parts of or the entire stake in the internet media giant Yahoo.
Reports say that he could get a deal done for $20 to $22 per share if the finances can be arranged for the deal.
This would be a tough thing to accomplish as he would need to raise $28 billion to $30 billion at a time when the market is in a recession.
Yahoo called this report a rumor. Miller has not yet commented on the report.
Yahoo and Microsoft have however confirmed that they are not in any talks currently for any deal.
