Japanese bullet trains to get internet connectivity
Japan’s bullet trains would soon get internet connectivity.
This new internet service would be launched in March new year on these famous super fast trains.
NTT Communications would be offering this wireless internet service.
These would be part of their HotSpot service which is already accessible from shops, restaurants, hotels and other locations in the country.
They are promising speeds of around 2 mbps on these trains.
They are also going to provide internet connectivity in waiting lounges on all 17 stations along the route.
The charges for these services would range between ¥500 per day to ¥1,680 per month.
