Macworld Conference & Expo to continue beyond 2009
Apple recently stated that they would not participate in Macworld after the upcoming edition in 2009.
IDG has now stated that they would continue to organize this trade show beyond the 2009 edition even if Apple decides to skip the event.
This is good news for Apple’s hundreds of third-party vendors who could still showcase their products and technologies at this event.
Adobe Systems is another major player which seems to have decided to miss the event after the upcoming edition.
It is not confirmed whether they are doing so because of Apple’s decision or it’s part of their cost cutting initiative.
