Google Search: Now optimized for Apple iPhone and HTC G1
Google has updated their mobile search service to deliver optimized results for different mobile platforms.
The company said that users of different mobile devices would get results delivered to them personalized to their display screen.
Google G1 and Apple iPhone users would be the first one to notice these updates while conducting searches on their mobile devices.
Google said in a blog post on these changes: “In some situations, you’ve already been seeing the new search-results pages. Now, all Google search options for Android and iPhone lead to results that load faster and are formatted to fit the screen so you don’t have to zoom or scroll side to side. We’ve also added touchscreen-friendly buttons and expandable maps for local business results.”
