XING acquires socialmedian
socialmedian has announced that they are getting acquired by XING which is based in Hamburg, Germany.
The company said in a blog post on this deal:
This is great news for socialmedian’s members as XING is committed to growing and developing socialmedian both as a standalone service as well launching integrated socialmedian services on XING, one of the leading online business networks in the world.
As part of this deal, the entire team at socialmedian would now become a part of Xing.
Jason Goldberg would become a part of a major new initiative for XING, the XING Application Platform.
