Wal-Mart has a USD 2 discount on Apple iPhone 3G
US based retailing giant Wal-Mart has now begun selling the popular iPhone 3G mobile device from nearly 2,500 of its stores.
They are not selling the device at USD 99 as the market rumors had reported. The company is however offering a 2 dollar discount on the regular pricing of the iPhone.
The 8GB iPhone 3G is on sale from Wal-Mart for USD 197.
The 16GB iPhone 3G is on sale from Wal-Mart for USD 297.
Market reports had stated that Apple would bring back the 4GB edition of iPhone on sale from Wal-Mart for USD 99.
The discounts being offered by Wal-Mart are not that great. Retail stores like Best Buy are already offering the same models for USD 10 less.
