MSI U115 Hybrid netbook features a SSD along with a hard drive
MSI has launched a new netbook.
This new notebook is named MSI U115 Hybrid and it comes loaded with a solid state drive along with a regular disk.
Most of the work is done on the SSD which enhances the power backup of the laptop. The regular hard disk is used for storage purposes.
Customers get several options on ordering this notebook:
1.3-megapixel or 2.0-megapixel webcam
three- or six-cell battery
802.11b/g/n or 802.11b/g Wi-Fi
120GB hard drive / 8GB solid-state drive or 160GB hard drive / 16GB solid-state drive
This notebook comes loaded with a 10-inch screen has a resolution of 1,024 by 600 pixels. It is powered with a 1.6GHz Z530 Intel Atom processor. Windows XP Home is the operating system. Base model comes with 1GB DDR2 533MHz RAM. Bluetooth support is included.
