Motorola Moto W233 Renew is made up of recycled materials
US based mobile phone maker Motorola has showcased a new mobile phone named Moto W233 Renew.
Motorola Moto W233 Renew is made up of recycled plastic water bottles and it is being displayed at the Consumer Electronics Show.
The company said that it is the first mobile phone in the world to be carbon neutral.
Motorola added that it requires 20% less energy to manufacture this phone compared to regular models.
They are also going to offer this new phone in environment friendly packaging.
Motorola said that this model offers up to nine hours of talk time.
The company also displayed another model named Motorola Motosurf A3100. It is powered with Windows Mobile 6.1 mobile operating system.
Motorola Tundra VA76r was another model displayed at the event. It features push-to-talk capabilities for workforces.
