Toshiba showcases Cell technology powered television sets

Toshiba has finally announced their latest range of television sets.

These new generation of TV sets are powered by Cell technology which was developed by Toshiba, IBM and Sony.

The Cell technology is already powering the Sony PlayStation 3 gaming console and some computer products.

Toshiba said that these new products would go on sale later this year in the market.

The company said that the powerful processor in these television sets would enable them to show up to 48 separate moving pictures on one screen.

The technology would also provide ultra high-definition graphics.
