Palm Pre to get a launch in Europe soon
Palm CEO Ed Colligan launched their latest mobile handset Palm Pre at the Consumer Electronics Show.
He announced that this new smartphone would go on sale in the US market in the first half of the year on Sprint Nextel.
Sources say that the company also plans to launch this new phone in the European market at around the same time.
Palm Pre comes loaded with Palm webOS which is their new mobile platform for smartphones.
The US version would support EV-DO Rev A for mobile broadband access. The company seems to be working on a version for Europe that would support other 3G mobile technologies.
Palm has not hinted on the price of this new model.
