LG BD390 Blu-ray has Wi-Fi support

South Korean consumer electronics manufacturer LG has launched a new Blu-Ray player named LG BD390.

This player comes with support for wireless networks. It is an enhanced version of their existing player LG BD370.

Features include DVD upscaling, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD audio, BD-Live/Profile 2.0 support. This player also has the ability to stream online video from Netflix, YouTube, and CinemaNow.

The player also has 1GB of on-board memory and 7.1-channel analog outputs.

This player should be on sale in the market by June this year. Retail price is expected to be around USD 400.
