Cadillac Converj Concept at Detroit Auto Show
Cadillac has displayed a new concept vehicle at the Detroit Auto Show. This new model is the Cadillac Converj.
Cadillac Converj is a 2+2 coupe design featuring the brand’s Art and Science design language.
This concept vehicle is based on the Chevrolet Volt series hybrid powertrain.
GM has named this powertrain GM Voltec.
It uses an electric motor to power the wheels of the car. The motor is powered with lithium ion battery packs which are fixed on the car’s chassis.
It also comes with a small engine that works as a range extender for longer drives.
It remains to be seen if the company makes a production ready version of this cool concept.
