AVG Technologies acquiring Sana Security

Antivirus company AVG Technologies has announced that they are now acquiring Sana Security.

Sana Security specializes in providing identity fraud prevention software products.

The two companies did not disclose the financial aspects of the acquisition deal.

Sana Security headquarters located in Redwood City would now operate as AVG’s office in the region.

This would be the first office of the company in the Silicon Valley.
