Motorola might cut more jobs as sales remain down
US based mobile phone maker Motorola might announce more cuts if the reports are to be believed.
The company continues to struggle as a mobile phone maker. They are lacking interesting products and rival companies are moving ahead at an impressive pace.
Apple iPhone, Google Android, Palm webOS, RIM Blackberry… All of these are turning out to be potential future dominating players.
Motorola seems to be working on some Android platform powered phones but no announcements have been made.
The company had announced last year that they were going to cut around 3000 jobs. This could now increase as they have to cut costs to stay competitive.
