Dell offers 256GB SSD on some laptops
US based personal computer maker Dell is now offering a 256GB solid state drive as an option on some of their laptop models.
Customers opting for Dell’s XPS M1330 and M1730 laptop lines can now opt for this drive for around USD 400.
The company has stated that they plan to offer this option on more laptop models in the coming weeks.
This is a major upgrade from Dell as they had been offering a relatively puny 64GB SSD drive on their laptops.
The company is also offering a 500GB hard disk on the laptops as an upgrade for around USD 150.
