Apple could sue Palm over their Pre smartphone
Apple has hinted that they can take the legal route to take on companies which infringes on their patents related to the Apple iPhone mobile device.
Palm recently showcased their Pre smartphone which features multi-touch technologies similar to the iPhone.
Apple COO Tim Cook had this to say when asked on phones which uses technologies similar to the iPhone: “We will not stand for having our IP ripped off. I don’t want to talk about any specific company.”
Apple added that they would use any tool necessary to take on companies which infringes on their technology rights.
