Apple allowing single song upgrade on iTunes Plus
Apple is now allowing iTunes user to upgrade individual tracks to DRM-free iTunes Plus format.
When the service was launched, they just allowed the user to convert their entire library.
This new feature addition would help customers save money on tracks they do not want upgraded for the extra cost.
The pricing of the upgrades remain the same however.
Users would be required to pay 30-cents for every track that needs to be upgraded. It costs 60 cents to upgrade a video.
Apple sells the DRM free media files as 256-kbps AAC files.
