Apple to offer 3G MacBooks in partnership with AT&T?

AppleInsider is reporting that Apple could be in talks with AT&T to expand their partnership.

AT&T is already selling the iPhone exclusively on their network in the US market.

The two companies could now collaborate to offer 3G enabled notebooks in the US.

AT&T’s Emerging Devices group president Glenn Lurie has been quoted as saying that they want to expand their partnership with Apple.

A lot of PC makers in the US market are already collaborating with telecom companies to offer discounted laptops along with a contract just like mobile phones.
