Garmin and Asus collaborate on smartphones
Garmin has announced that they are collaborating with Asus to launch their smartphones in the market.
The two companies would now sell co-branded GPS-enabled smartphones.
These phones would be sold under Garmin-Asus Nuvifone brand.
This would include the Garmin Nuvifone which is already on sale in the market.
This phone would now be sold as Garmin-Asus Nuvifone G60.
Asus is incidentally an original device manufacturer for Garmin for quite sometime so this partnership further expands their collaboration.
The two companies are now planning to launch a couple of new phones at the upcoming Mobile World Congress.
