LG and Intel collaborates on mobile internet devices

Intel has announced that they are collaborating with South Korean tech giant LG Electronics.

LG would now use Intel technologies in their latest range of mobile internet devices.

These devices would be developed using Intel Moorestown processors.

They would also use Moblin as their operating system which is promoted by Intel.

Intel said that these new generation devices would be launched sometime next year.

LG is already using Intel Atom range of processors in some of their netbooks.

Of course, Intel processors are also used by LG’s regular range of notebooks and laptops.
