Apple iPhone 3G now on sale in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
Apple iPhone 3G is now on sale in two new international markets Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Market sources say that the iPhone has already received more than 25000 pre-orders from customers online in these two markets.
The phone however is being sold at a premium.
The price of the Apple iPhone 8GB comes to around USD 600. Monthly charges come to around USD 26.
The prepaid edition of the iPhone is slightly more expensive at around USD 640.
Sources also said that the iPhone units being sold in these two markets appear to be unlocked. Apple iPhone also currently lack support for Arabic language. Apple is working on addition the support and it should be added in a future update.
