March 23: The day Tata would create history with Tata Nano
Tata Motors has revealed that they would launch their much awaited small car model Tata Nano on March 23 this year.
They had originally planned to launch the car sometime last year but those plans were delayed due to relocation of their manufacturing plant from West Bengal to Gujarat.
Tata is going to start booking the Nano small car from April this year. Demand in the initial months is likely to be tremendous.
Since, the primary plant for the Nano is still under construction, it remains to be seen how many units Tata would be able to deliver from their other plants around the country.
