New Cars to be launched in India in 2009
Indian auto market is going through a slump. But this does not mean that the automakers are going to delay the launch of new models.
In fact, the market is expecting to see as many as 50 new launches this year.

Hyundai Avante coming next month to India
South Korean automaker Hyundai is expected to launch their Hyundai Avante model in the Indian market next month.

Hyundai Elantra to be phased out from India

Hyundai India has said that they are now planning to stop the production and marketing of their Elantra luxury sedan which has failed to generate much sales in the market.
The company recently phased out their imported sports utility vehicle (SUV) Terracan.
