US government launches Serve.gov
Barack Obama and Michelle Obama have together launch a new online destination at Serve.gov to enable US citizens to search for community services in their locality.
It also enables the web users to start their own and invite others.

US based search engine giant Google has announced All for Good community search service.
It has been developed by Google in collaboration with some other tech companies.
