Intel to now develop SIM chips in partnership with Infineon
Microprocessor giant Intel has announced that they are now collaborating with Infineon to develop SIM chips for mobile phones.
Infineon said that they would be providing the microchips used in each SIM card. The two companies expect to start mass production by 2009.
