TomTom must have a great sense of humour as they have now launched Original Homer Simpson voice package for their GPS powered navigation devices.
The voices have been recorded by Dan Castellaneta who gives the voice to the actual Homer Simpson cartoon character.

Microsoft sues TomTom for patent infringement!
US based software giant Microsoft has filed two patent infringement complaints against GPS navigation company TomTom.
These complaints have been filed with the U.S. District Court in Washington and the International Trade Commission.

Tele Atlas in a deal with Google
Search engine giant Google has revealed that they have signed on a five-year deal with digital map maker Tele Atlas.
This would allow Google to use their maps into their mapping services like Google Maps and Google Earth.
